Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. coconut
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix sweet potatoes, margarine, sugar and vanilla well with mixer.
    Add 1 cup coconut.
    Place in casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cover top with marshmallows and brown in oven.
