Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Peel apples; chop and set aside.
Pour oil in a large mixing bowl; add eggs and sugar.
Beat well.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla. Carefully add apples and nuts.
Grease 10-inch tube pan, which has been lined with wax paper.
Pour in batter and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
