Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 c. boiling water
    4 eggs (large)
Preparation
    Melt butter in boiling water.
    Stir flour all at one time into water and butter mixture, stirring constantly over low heat, until mixture leaves sides of pan in smooth compact mass.
    Remove from heat; beat in unbeaten eggs, one a time.
    Continue beating until mixture forms a thick dough.
    Drop by tablespoon on greased baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart, piling dough high.
    Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to moderate (350\u00b0) for 20 minutes longer.
    Remove from baking sheet and cool.
    Cut top 3/4 way down and fill.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
