Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2/3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. diced unpeeled apple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
Preparation

Combine pineapple and 2/3 cup sugar.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Add lemon gelatin and cream cheese; stir until mixture is combined. Let cool.
Fold in apple, nuts, celery and whipped topping.
Pour into 9-inch square pan.
Chill.
