High Rise Apple Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Combine eggs, flour, milk and salt. Beat until smooth.
Heat oven-proof 10-inch skillet in a 450\u00b0 oven until very hot. Coat skillet with margarine.
Immediately pour in batter. Bake on lowest rack of oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Continue baking 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Fill and serve immediately.
