Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
salt and pepper
little garlic salt
1 qt. jar Ragu sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. McCormick chili seasoning
1 envelope McCormick Sloppy Joe seasoning
3 tsp. sugar
4 cans light red kidney beans
Preparation

Fry hamburg with salt, pepper and garlic salt until lightly browned.
Pour off extra fat.
In a kettle pot, put Ragu sauce. Add chili seasoning plus Sloppy Joe seasoning and sugar.
Heat, stirring often.
Whet hot and well mixed, add kidney beans.
Add hamburg and simmer a while.
