Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
buttermilk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown and floats.
Drain on paper towels.
