Tangy Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground steak
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 c. chili sauce
3 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
flour
1/2 c. grape jelly
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix meat with salt and pepper, egg and cream.
Add just enough flour to hold mixture together.
Make walnut size meat balls. Melt butter in skillet and brown meat balls, turning carefully. When meat balls are browned, add chili sauce and grape jelly. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve warm in sauce.
