Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter or margarine
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    On low speed of mixer for about 1 minute, blend well.
    Then add flour gradually on low speed until combined.
    Stir in nuts.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
    Place balls about 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until firm.
    While cookies are warm, roll in powdered sugar.
    Cool and reroll in sugar again.
