Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly cook and drain broccoli. Saute onion in margarine until transparent. Combine broccoli, onion, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, corn bread mix and cheese. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
