Ingredients

4 egg yolks
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. Key lime juice*
lime slices
heavy cream
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with condensed milk to blend.
Add juice; beat until smooth.
Pour into 4 to 5 champagne flutes.
Wrap with film and freeze.
Thaw slightly before serving.
Top with whipped cream.
Garnish with lime slice.
