Belini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    salt
    pepper
    Crisco oil
Preparation
    Grate potatoes and onion.
    Drain off extra liquid.
    Add flour, egg, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Heat small amount of Crisco oil in frying pan.
    Place a tablespoon of mixture into pan, forming a circle, and fry until brown on both sides.
