Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton (1 c.) Neufchatel cheese dip with bacon and horseradish
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    6 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Combine dip, cottage cheese, half shredded cheese, parsley and salt.
    Add potatoes, toss gently to coat.
    Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Top with remaining shredded cheese.
    Bake 3 to 4 minutes more or until cheese melts.
