Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked until tender
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
1 green pepper, sliced or diced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
Preparation

Marinate carrots in all other ingredients overnight.
Will keep 3 weeks in refrigerator.
