Potato Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    touch of cooking oil
    spices to taste
    celery, chopped
    basil and bay leaves, chopped
Preparation
    Peel onions and potatoes.
    Slice both.
    Drain in a colander, then spread them onto a baking sheet or pan.
    Add ingredients into a mixing bowl; stir together egg, flour and pepper only with spices.
