Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. strawberry jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
    2 large bananas
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cool jello mixture.
    Mash bananas.
    Stir in the pineapple and thawed strawberries.
    Add the blended fruits to the jello.
    Put 1/2 of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place in refrigerator until firm.
    Spread sour cream over jello.
    Add the rest of the mixture. Refrigerate.
