Sweet And Sour Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. rice vinegar or cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. oriental sesame oil
    7 to 8 c. shredded cabbage
    red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
    1/2 c. roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Place dressing ingredients in a blender and process on low until well mixed.
    About an hour before serving, place dressing in a large bowl and then add cabbage 2 cups at a time, tossing after each addition of cabbage. If using red pepper flakes, add now. Cover the bowl and chill for 1 hour, tossing every now and then.
