Frugal Gourmet'S Artichoke And Curried Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    curry powder to taste
Preparation
    Peel and chop eggs.
    Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
    Combine eggs and artichokes into a coarse spread.
    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper and curry powder.
    (Go lightly on curry; this should not be hot.)
    Refrigerate.
