Quick-Baked Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed
    1/2 c. half and half
    3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. brown gravy (homemade or packaged)
    1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary
    salt/pepper to taste
    3/4 lb. penne pasta (short small pasta tubes)
    1 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, grated (topping)
Preparation
    Bring to boil, 4 quarts water.
    Heat oil in frying pan and add beef and garlic.
    Saute until meat is tender; drain fat.
    Add all remaining ingredients except cheese for topping and pasta.
    Simmer mixture while pasta cooks until barely tender.
    Drain pasta, mix with sauce.
    Pour into 3 quart glass rectangular baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, uncovered or until bubbly hot.
