Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
2 c. potatoes, diced
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 qt. half and half
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain clams.
Add clams to the vegetables.
Add enough water to cover.
Cook until tender.
