Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cubed round steak
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 jar sliced mushrooms
2 medium onions, sliced
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 to 1 c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Roll steak cubes in flour and brown well in oil until tender. Add all other ingredients except sour cream; cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
Add sour cream, if desired, just before serving.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
