Light N Lemony Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 (1 c.) green onions, sliced 1-inch
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, halved
    fresh parsley
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Flatten each chicken breast to about 1/4-inch thickness by pounding between sheets of waxed paper. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling. Add chicken, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, turning chicken (5 to 6 minutes). Place chicken on serving platter; keep warm.
