Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large can evaporated milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 small cans green chilies, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. grated cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    18 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix soup, milk, Velveeta cheese and green chilies over low heat until all melts.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Stir in grated cheese. Cover bottom of pan with small amount of cheese mixture.
    Dip tortillas in warm oil to soften.
    Put small amount of meat mix in each.
    Roll and lay on cheese mixture.
    After filling pan, cover with remaining cheese mix. Cover pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
