Cocoa Base For Beverages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan.
    Stir in water and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth, about 2 minutes.
    Add vanilla.
    Use immediately or put into jar.
    Cover and store in refrigerator.
    Makes 2 cups.
