Crab Filled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. crab meat or imitation crab meat
    24 large mushroom caps
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation
    Steam mushroom caps for 3 minutes.
    Drain.
    Pat dry.
    Flake crab meat, combine with last 6 ingredients, fill mushroom caps with mixture.
    Place on baking dish.
    At this point you can cover and chill up to 24 hours or bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
