Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
chopped onion to suit your taste
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Pour thawed potatoes in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Mix well.
Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle melted margarine on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
This casserole freezes well after baking and reheats easily in microwave.
