Meatball Stuff And Rice Or Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 slice bread, in fine crumbs
1 egg
1 jar your favorite tomato sauce (Ragu or make your own)
Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Mix meat, egg and bread; form into balls.
Brown in skillet. Remove from skillet and pour off grease.
Put sauce stuff (your own or Classico) in the skillet.
Use the Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
While you cook rice or noodles.
Stir the meatballs occasionally.
Before you serve, mix in 1/2 carton sour cream or more if you prefer.
Serve over rice or pasta.
