Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    5 egg yolks
    3/4 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
    5 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Cream sugar, oil, egg yolks, water, vanilla and lemon together.
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar stiff; fold in cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in tube pan for 35 to 50 minutes.
    You can tell by looking at it when done.
