Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. soft butter
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
dash of cayenne pepper
parsley sprigs
Preparation

Halve eggs and mash yolks with fork.
Mix them with butter, mayonnaise, onion, mustard, vinegar and seasonings.
Fill egg whites.
Garnish with a dab of mayonnaise and tiny sprig of parsley on top of each half.
