Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 large sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Slice cooked sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch slices.
    In a large frying pan, melt butter blend in brown sugar.
    Add vanilla and allspice.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place potato slices in mixture and cook over medium heat until lightly browned.
    Serve immediately.
