Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. dry pinto or kidney beans, parboiled
1 qt. tomatoes
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped or 1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 can tomato paste (with 1 can water)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

To completely fill crock-pot, add tomato sauce or water, depending on consistency desired.
Put all ingredients in crock-pot in order listed and stir well one time.
Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours.
Hot and delicious.
