Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. chocolate morsels
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. chopped almonds or pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and milk in saucepan.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Stir in morsels and almond extract.
    Chill 45 minutes.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll around in the nuts.
