Texas Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, browned and drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. hot Velveeta cheese
    6 green onions
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook for at least 1 hour.
    Keep hot and serve with tortilla chips.
