Breakfast Before - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    5 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 or 325\u00b0 if using a glass baking dish.
    Saute sausage; drain well.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish:
    first cubed bread, second add sausage and third cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Do not stir!
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove dish from refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
