Aunt Roma'S Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a bag. Moisten potatoes in water and shake in bag to coat. Melt butter in a baking dish; place potatoes in a single layer. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn after 30 minutes. Remove cover at end to brown.
