Potatoes On The Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
1 large onion
3 Tbsp. butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice potatoes and onion.
Cut 2 pieces of foil 16-inches long.
Spread small amount of butter on bottom piece of foil. Layer onion and potatoes.
Have onion in top and bottom layers. Slice remaining butter and dot across top.
Cover with foil.
Fold edges in several times to seal.
Bake over indirect heat on grill for 30 minutes.
Turn halfway through.
(My grill controls are high and low; use high with the package over the center.
