Stuffed Tomatoes(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. spinach or tomato pasta (shells, rotelli, bow ties or elbow)
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. minced celery
2 scallions, chopped
plain yogurt or low-calorie mayo
salt
6 large ripe tomatoes
Preparation
-
Cook pasta until done but firm.
Rinse and pour into bowl. Stir in eggs, celery, scallions and enough yogurt or mayo to make a creamy mixture. Season to taste with salt.
