Crispy Cocoa Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    6 c. (10 1/2 oz. pkg.) miniature marshmallows
    5 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation
    Butter a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
    Stir in cocoa and marshmallows.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth and well blended.
    Continue cooking and stirring for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cereal; stir until well coated.
    Using buttered spatula or wax paper, press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
    Cut into bars.
    Makes about 24 bars.
