Chicken Fried Rabbit With Cream Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 rabbits, cut up
4 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
5 Tbsp. lard or oil
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Shake rabbit in a paper bag with flour, salt and pepper.
Heat a heavy skillet with lid that will just hold the rabbit pieces. Add lard or oil, turn heat to medium, add rabbit and brown on all sides.
Add more fat, if needed.
