Deluxe Low-Fat Chicken Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Buenavida fat-free tortillas
    2 c. cooked, shredded chicken breast meat
    1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. prepared salsa
    2 Tbsp. chopped black olives
    1 can refried beans
    1 c. shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
    2 c. lettuce
    1 c. chopped tomato
Preparation
    Remove tortillas from refrigerator.
    Set aside.
    In a large nonstick skillet, place chicken, taco seasoning and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
    Stir in salsa and black olives.
    Heat tortillas according to package. Keep well covered, until used.
    Divide and spoon refried beans onto tortillas.
    Top with chicken, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
    Fold or roll up and serve immediately.
    Makes 10 burritos.
