Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (12 oz.) containers oysters
    1 c. chopped green onions with tops
    1 c. minced fresh parsley
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Drain oysters. Pat dry with paper towels. Arrange oysters in 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Top with layers of green onion, 1 cup parsley and cracker crumbs. Combine next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Pour evenly over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
