Italian Oven Fries - cooking recipe

4 large potatoes (about 2 lb., unpeeled)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
3/4 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the foil.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick wedges.
Melt the butter on the stove top or microwave.
