Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. carrots
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
bouillon or water to cover
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Scrape, rinse and dry carrots.
Cut into slices or quarters. Cook in saucepan with enough liquid to cover.
Season with salt, pepper, sugar and butter.
Bring to a boil and simmer covered until all liquid is cooked away and the carrots are evenly glazed. Sprinkle with minced parsley.
