Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw rice
    2 chicken fryers
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1/4 lb. oleo
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Spread oleo in large oblong pan, leaving some in chunks.
    Mix soups and rice together.
    Pour in pan.
    Lay chicken over rice skin side up.
    Push chicken down in mixture.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
