Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large potatoes
    1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. real bacon bits
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Scrub taters well and slice into 1/4-inch thick slices. Spread out on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet; overlapping slightly to fit on cookie sheet may be necessary.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until tender.
    Place taters on a microwavable serving plate and top with cheese.
    Microwave on High until cheese is melted.
    Serve with Ranch dressing.
