Mama'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 c. lard or 1 1/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    9 1/2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix or cream together the flour, lard, sugar and salt.
    Slowly add water. Work the dough after adding water as little as possible. Form a big ball.
    Divide in half.
    Place on floured board and roll out to fit size of pie pan.
    Bake.
    Makes 2 crusts or 1 cobbler crust.
