Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into a 9 x 12-inch buttered dish.
    Top with crushed cornflakes.
    Dribble 1/2 cup melted butter over the top of cornflakes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Do not cover.
