Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) jar salsa
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 bag nacho chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onions.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add the salsa and simmer.
    Remove from heat.
    Spread cream cheese on a pie plate.
    Pour cooled meat and salsa mixture over it.
    Sprinkle with green pepper and shredded cheese.
    Heat in microwave to melt cheese.
    Serve with nacho chips.
