Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs (or Egg Beaters), beaten lightly
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mix, by hand, all ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour into casserole dish (I spray with Pam).
    Top casserole with small amount of seasoned stuffing mix.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
