Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
34 c. (2 1/2 gal.) apples
2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Wash and quarter apples.
Remove spots and core.
Do not peel. Put apples in large roaster and add sugar.
Bake in moderate oven (325\u00b0) for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
